Shipping is $9 for orders under $50.
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $50 USD.
We only ship within the USA and to USA addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Unfortunately, aqueous. and aqsscottsdale.com only ship to destinations within the United States and cannot be held liable for shipments redirected to an alternate destination by the customer. Due to varying laws concerning the sale of skincare products in other countries, Biologique Recherche products are not permitted to be shipped outside the United States by any US retailer. Upon request, we can refer you to an authorized Biologique Recherche dealer in your country. aqsscottsdale.com and its owner reserve the right to suspend any user account attempting to circumvent this policy.

Turnaround
Currently, we ship orders Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding religious and federal holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST on Fridays or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
In stock items are shipped complimentary via UPS or USPS Priority Mail on orders over $50 USD. Stock availability, post office closures, inclement weather, and peak seasonal times may cause slight delays in your shipment. Multiple orders with the same delivery address may be combined for shipping. By ordering from aqs.co, you acknowledge and accept that your package will be shipped via your selected option at checkout (due to price differences in shipping methods, we are unable to change your selected shipping option once an order has been placed).
For faster delivery, we offer paid shipping options via UPS at checkout.
Please note - we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, once we hand over a package to the carrier it is out of our control.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO HOTELS, MOTELS, CASINOS, AND ANY INSECURE SHIPPING ADDRESSES. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN ENTERING AT CHECKOUT.
Biologique Recherche Orders
At this time, we do not retail Biologique Recherche products with the "Add to Cart" option. At aqueous., we emphasize the importance of a consultation with one of our skin specialists to ensure a bespoke skincare regimen tailored to your needs and skin instant. However, if you have had previous correspondence or would like to purchase products from aqueous., please use our "ADD TO QUOTE" option or email us at concierge@aqs.co so we can further assist you.
Biologique Recherche orders are conducted through Shopify by invoice. You will receive a shipping confirmation in your email with a tracking number after you have paid your invoice. All policies apply to Biologique Recherche orders and purchases.
samples
Any samples we include with your order are complimentary with purchase and are subject to availability. We make no guarantee that you will receive a specific type or quantity of samples with your order. While we make every effort to accommodate specific requests, we may not always have the requested sample available and/or it may not exist. In order to maintain authenticity and protect our customers, we do not “make” or “re-package” our own samples. All complimentary samples are provided in original manufacturer packaging with appropriate product labels (as required by the Food and Drug Administration: Fair Packaging and Labeling Act) and have been hand-picked to complement your purchase and/or skin type. Please note that there are no samples available for serums or body products. If you would like to try a serum, we recommend purchasing the small size.
Invoice & Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with an order confirmation and tracking number. You will receive email notifications with information about your shipment after it has been packed and assigned a tracking number from the carrier.
In an effort to reduce waste, we DO NOT include a paper invoice in your shipment. Your invoice will be delivered to your email as an order confirmation.
You may check the link provided in your email for further tracking information to determine where your package is and when it is expected to arrive. If you are unable to be available for delivery of a package requiring signature confirmation, you may be able to pick it up at your carrier’s local office within a certain number of days before it is returned to us as “unclaimed”. Unfortunately, we can not refund our shipping costs for returned packages - the cost of shipping (original and return) will be deducted from any refund or credit you may receive. Please check the tracking estimated delivery times to confirm someone is able to receive your package. If no one will be available on the day your package is expected to arrive, you may be able to request a hold on the package and pick it up in person at your local USPS, UPS or FedEx Office. Once a package has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. We can not provide replacement or refund for packages that have gone missing after delivery confirmation.

You will receive an email confirming delivery of your package. If you have received a delivery confirmation email and you have not received your package, you should contact your local USPS or UPS with your tracking number or attempt to speak directly with your delivery person. Occasionally, packages may be incorrectly scanned by the carrier and are typically delivered within a day or two. Please note that USPS cannot initiate a search for a missing package until 7 days after the ship date. If your package has been lost, stolen, or misplaced once delivery has been confirmed, it is the responsibility of the customer to track or file a claim with the carrier. We will provide any information needed in the event you need to file a claim. Please see the following link to file a missing package claim (USPS):

Although we triple check our packages to ensure timely and accurate shipment, mistakes happen. If you have received a package that you believe is missing an item, please contact us within three (3) business days upon receiving the package, determined by the delivery date associated with your tracking number.

Currently, we offer complimentary UPS & USPS Priority Mail (typically 2-3 day) shipping on orders over $50 USD. Please provide a valid mailing address, shipments returned to us for non-deliverable addresses, non-acceptance, or failure to provide signature will be refunded upon return (minus our shipping costs). Alternate shipping methods may be available to you at checkout for a nominal cost.

Due to health and hygiene considerations, all orders and purchases are FINAL SALE. All opened and used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items missing their original seal cannot be returned. If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please let us know.

Please note - we are unable to offer exchanges or store credit for products due to skin irritations. Stop use of product immediately and seek professional medical attention to provide credible advice. aqueous. is not responsible for the misuse or incorrect application of products sold on this website. We try our best to provide sound guidance on the correct usage of the product, but there is no way to verify, unless by professional medical testing, what combination of products or topical sensitives could cause a negative skin reaction.
aqueous. will allow exchanges for something you hadn’t intended to purchase. An item may be returned for exchange or store credit by the original purchaser within 5 calendar days from the date it was delivered. Shipping costs are not refunded, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

damaged items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages, issues, and losses are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please save your original shipment box and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
refunds
At this time, aqueous. does not offer refunds or exchanges for returned items. You may be eligible for store credit, provided the item is unused, unopened, unbroken seal, and in the same condition that you received it.

what are your consultation options?
At aqueous., we firmly believe in COMMUNICATION bringing forward successful skin stories. "Consultation" implies a brief, limited discussion between patient and provider. We aim to cultivate LONG TERM, COMMITTED care to deliver true skin results. That is where we developed TREATMENT PLANS.
We recommend starting off each new aqs. patient with a treatment plan. This allows us to ensure we plan the correct treatments for your skin and hypercustomized skincare regimen to support your skin journey. Results come from a real action plan set in place.
We offer two methods at aqueous.:
1) the entry Q. - complimentary skin analysis
This is an email only guidance that helps develop a new skin routine for you. We are able to analyze your skin, provide skin recommendations from what we carry in our practice, and create a protocol for you to follow.
This will not be as “in depth”, as it will not delve deeply into your skin history, your lifestyle, etc. The Entry Q. provides a general basis for a new regimen without the detailed work and explanation, as not everyone seeks that level of care.
2) the skin + scent treatment plan -
$200 deposit, with $100 of which going towards product purchase.
can be purchased as needed or with quarterly renewal, no commitments necessary, can be cancelled anytime
1 year of care - $700 deposit (valued at $800), includes quarterly $100 gift card

virtual + in spa treatment plan policy
If you have not been seen by a provider on our team in over 3 months, you are considered a “new patient”. You will need to repeat a Skin + Scent Treatment Plan appointment to ensure we understand changes in your skin history.
We work with skincare + treatments that utilize advanced science and technology, in which our team has been trained extensively for several years. We cannot work on a patient’s skin or recommend skincare products without understanding the skin’s health and current status. It is extremely unethical and hazardous to the integrity of your skin health due to the highly active nature of what we use and recommend.
At aqueous., we pride ourselves on prioritizing QUALITY TIME with you to ensure we achieve success in your skin progress, provide the most ethical care, and ensure we maximize your investment. We do not provide quick “in and out” treatments and consultations. We aim to be a part of your LONG TERM journey, not short term.
PLEASE NOTE - It does not matter how long you have previously been under our care. If you choose to leave our practice or do not attend your follow up appointments for over 3 months, you will need to complete a Skin + Scent Treatment Plan again. This policy is set in place to ensure we are providing you with educated recommendations. The skin changes daily with our hormones, quarterly with the seasons, and throughout our life span with stress, health changes, moving, environment, etc. We need to be aware of what changes your skin has undergone to provide the best care.

It is extremely important to read and fill out our forms we send via email + text message PRIOR to your appointment. Completing these forms ahead of time ensures that you fully understand the treatment process and provides us with essential information about your skin, medical history, and any preferences or concerns you may have. This helps us tailor your treatment to meet your specific needs, avoid any potential complications, and save valuable time during your appointment. By being thorough with the forms, you ensure a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience from start to finish. Your cooperation in this step allows us to focus entirely on delivering the best care possible for you.
If you do not fill out your forms prior to your appointment, we will have you fill out these forms during your appointment time. We will not accommodate lost treatment time as this is required prior to treatment.

Our skin + scent treatment plan will autorenew QUARTERLY.
This can be cancelled at any time, no commitment necessary. If you choose to cancel, please note, you must follow the subscription protocol they send via email.
for in clinic patients
This sets the tone towards our treatment plan in the clinic. If you receive regularly scheduled treatments, your treatment price covers future updates to your Skin + Scent Treatment Plan as every facial includes a thorough check in.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM AQS. OR CAN I PURCHASE ELSEWHERE?
We pride ourselves on patient satisfaction and delivering results. With our Skin + Scent Treatment Plans, we require you purchase products through our practice as we have more control over the batch, your experience, our future treatment plan for you, connection to the brand itself, + providing you with detailed guided care.
After completion of your appointment, we give you a $100 gift card that can be applied towards your purchase of at least 50% of the products outlined in the invoice we send you based upon what you approved of in our initial conversation. This is to ensure your success with our treatment protocol tailored to you.
If you choose to buy products elsewhere, we cannot guarantee their product quality control nor will we offer our guided care. It is vital for your skin success to provide you with the correct professional guidance when using active lines.
WILL YOU PROVIDE GUIDANCE FOR SKINCARE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE?
Our tailored, continuous support is exclusively available to current patients AND products purchased directly from our practice or our partner links. If we are working through products you purchased prior to becoming an aqs. patient or prescription products, we will provide you with basic level guidance on those as we are unaware and not responsible for the properly prescribed dosage from the prescribing physician, influencer, or supplier.
If you purchase products from another supplier that we recommended to you, we reserve the right to dismiss you as our patient and forfeit our guided care. We understand other retailers have enticing “deals” and promotions. We will do our best to honor those promotions, with sound evidence, as long as you are a patient of ours. the cancellation policy
We get it, life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your virtual consultation appointment, please contact us via email 48 hours before your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate you.
If you cancel or reschedule under 48 hours, we reserve the right to reduce your gift card by 50% after completing your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit your non-refundable deposit + gift card (US ONLY).

To become a patient at aqueous., we require a SKIN + SCENT TREATMENT PLAN prior to any facial treatment. This allows us to understand your skin history, develop a treatment plan tailored to your skin needs, and ensure complete skin success.

For skin + scalp treatments, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due at the completion of your service.

cancellations
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a 72 hour notice. Should you cancel within the 72 hour period, your 50% deposit will be forfeited and nontransferable. Deposits can be transferred to your following appointment if you cancel or reschedule PRIOR to the 72 hour deadline. We allow 1 transfer per deposit.

In the possibility that the patient runs late for their appointment, your service end time will be followed out of respect for our next guest. We do not extend service duration to accommodate late arrivals.
If WE are running late…
In situations where the provider runs behind schedule, we will notify you ahead of time to ensure we respect your schedule. Should that mean we need to reschedule you, we will accommodate your request and transfer your deposit to the rescheduled appointment.
Should you choose to retain your appointment…
The provider WILL see you for the entirety of your scheduled time, should it not impede on the following guest’s time. Otherwise, you will receive a store credit for time lost.

Due to the nature of the pop-up event + associated travel expenses, we kindly request that full payment be completed two weeks in advance. If you are new to our practice or have not had a skin check in with us for over 3 months, we require you complete a Skin + Scent Treatment Plan prior to your facial treatment. We will also announce any pop ups on Bisma’s Instagram account - @thedailyskinformative.

Can you use retinol and P50 together?
Short answer: NO. For VERY selected skins, P50 and retinol (retin-a, tret, adapalene, etc.) can be successfully used. This requires a skin consultation and proper diagnoses. Honestly speaking, there is no need to overdo the exfoliation. With either form, you get an appropriate level of exfoliation but in different ways.
Can Masque Vivant be used 10 days in a row?
Unless otherwise noted by your Aesthetician, we recommend not overdoing your masking routine. Simplicity is key. Allow your skin to take in what you feed it with rest days!
Can you use other product lines with Biologique Recherche?
Yes, you can! The key is what products you are using that strays from the line, ensuring it plays well with the brand’s philosophy. The best results do come from using primarily Biologique Recherche with 2-3 products that stray from the brand.
How do you use a milky cleanser?
Wash your hands with soap and water before cleansing. With dry hands, put about 2-3 pumps of cleanser in your hands and massage your face and neck for a solid 1-2 minutes to ensure a thorough cleanse. Rinse with tepid to cool water. Follow with your prescribed protocol.
Does Biologique Recherche use fragrance in their products?
NO! Everything in the brand is pure ingredients with no fragrance, parabens, mineral oils, silicones, and all the froo froo we don’t like. We believe added parfum should be limited to your perfumes and candles. ;)

Why are your Deviant prices different from their website?
Due to import & shipping fees, products from overseas entering into the US market typically see an increase in price to cover those costs. This includes Deviant Skincare. All Deviant products ship complimentary express shipping with tracking, getting to you faster and securely! 🫶🏼
Do you offer discounts?
At this time, we only do special promotions during the holidays & our birthday! Keep an eye out on our Instagram for updates and promotions.

the KHUSHBAR | خوشبر
What does Khushbar mean? How do you pronounce it?
This is a combination of Bisma’s two spoken languages, her two cultures, coming into one. Khush means happy in Urdu, but is also the beginning of the word that means scent/fragrance - KHUSHboo. Bar is very literally derived from the English version of a bar. In Urdu, it means over and over. Combined, it can be “the happy scent bar” or “happiness repeated”. This is where our scent identity comes alive, where we discover and play. Together, they bring forth something powerful. Your sense of self.
Pronounced exactly how it is spelled, khush-bar. NOT kush-bar; KHush-bar.
How can I extend my perfume’s longevity?
Our favorite way is to apply Biokiss or a scent free balm on your pulse point and spray your perfume on top. This includes your wrists, sides of the neck, chest, and even legs if you desire. We also love to mist our clothes to ensure we get coverage of the scent all over.
I blind bought my perfume and now I hate it? Can I return it?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and vendor policies, all items at aqueous. are FINAL SALE. We encourage you to purchase a perfume sample before committing to a full size bottle of perfume to ensure your connection with fragrance.
What does niche perfumery mean?
Niche perfumes are brands that only specialize in perfumes and fragrances.

What is a “cold throw”?
When the candle is unlit, how far it projects in the space it’s in.
How can I care for my candles?
Trim the wick before each burn to cut off the “mushroom” that forms after burning. The initial burn is the most important burn. To ensure an even wax melt and prevent tunneling, burn the candle for up to 3 hours or until the wax is evenly melted. Burn candles in an area away from flammable items and where there are occupants. Please never leave a lit candle unattended. Always diffuse a lit candle with a candle lid or covering instead of blowing it out.
I want to save my candle vase. How can I remove the excess wax?
There are two methods of cleaning your beautiful candle souvenir -
Place your candle in the freezer for 3-4 hours. The wax will harden and separate from the bottom, making it easy to remove and clean. This works best for glass vessels.For concrete vessels or stubborn wax, place the candle on a heat proof surface. Pour boiling water into the vessel, leaving about an inch of space from the top. Melted wax will rise to the top. Any stubborn wax bits left can be removed with a spoon or butter knife. Let the water cool and wax reharden at the top before straining the wax. DO NOT pour liquid wax down your drain. Clean with soap and water if needed to remove any smut build up!
