Although we recommend our virtual skincare consultation subscriptions, we understand that not everyone is interested in a long term skincare relationship or may not have the budget to invest in that just yet.
Please email concierge@aqsscottsdale.com with your skincare needs, whether that be a cream, P50, new cleanser, or just crave a new serum that you want to switch up. We would be honored to take care of you and offer our guided care.
*PLEASE NOTE - this consultation is strictly over email and will provide basic guidance. For a more in depth analysis + detailed care, our subscriptions would be a better fit!

This can be cancelled at anytime, no commitment necessary.

This is your go-to if you need comprehensive support + guidance. If you're dealing with challenging skin concerns, such as acne, deep onset pigmentation, rosacea, etc, The Q. Lifestyle is for you. The Seasoned Q. is also a great option for these concerns, but this level of consultation allows us to hold your hand a bit more through your skin journey. You can absolutely start here and transition to The Seasoned Q. once Bisma gives you to go!
It's also ideal for skincare newbies seeking in-depth, personalized assistance that have a lot of skin + scent questions that need answering.

With the change of the seasons or as products empty, we trust your skin will change positively along with it. This requires an in depth evaluation and tweaks made as your skin improves and as the waves of life occur. As a medical practice, we do our best to analyze your skin's needs, within our scope, with a look at your internal + external health throughout the quarter. We only make recommendations based on your outlined budget and conversation. After every product introduction, you will receive an updated skin regimen that outlines your steps in detail. How do I schedule my consultations?
Someone from our team will be in touch initially and ongoing to assist you with your subscription as well as the product recommendations.
Do I need a consultation every time before I purchase products?
Although we highly recommend you do consult with either Bisma or our team prior to product purchases, you do not need a consultation to purchase products. For products you know you would like, please purchase on the site as usual or email concierge@aqsscottsdale.com to request Biologique Recherche and Skinbetter Science for an invoice.
Am I able to receive a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds on consultations. These are final sale.
