Interested in personalized skincare recommendations at no cost? Our team is here to tailor skincare products specifically to your unique skin needs based on our offerings. This allows us to make a quick recommendation based on some of your goals + skincare that needs switching out.
Although we recommend our virtual Skin + Scent Treatment Plan subscriptions, we understand that not everyone is interested in a long term skincare relationship or may not have the budget to invest in that just yet.
Please email concierge@aqs.co with your skincare needs, whether that be a cream, P50, new cleanser, or just crave a new serum that you want to switch up. We would be honored to take care of you.

This can be cancelled at anytime, no commitment necessary.

With Bisma's years of experience doing both in person + virtual consultations for people all over the world, she has crafted her own methodology in guaranteeing successful skin transformations and new seasonal scent lovers. This requires a dedication on your end and our end - your very own skin team. COMMUNICATION is the key to healthy skin stories, for which quarterly subscriptions come into play. This allows our team to deliver the most results driven care where you know we are in your corner every step of the way.
With the change of the seasons or as products empty, we trust your skin will change positively along with it. This requires an in depth evaluation and tweaks made as your skin improves and as the waves of life occur. As a medical practice, we do our best to analyze your skin's needs, within our scope, with a look at your internal + external health throughout the quarter. We only make recommendations based on your outlined budget and conversation. After every product introduction, you will receive an updated skin regimen that outlines your steps in detail. How often am I charged?
Your card is charged quarterly.
How do I login to change my subscription?

How do I schedule my treatment plan?
Someone from our team will be in touch initially and ongoing to assist you with your subscription as well as the product recommendations.
Do I need an appointment every time before I purchase products?
Although we highly recommend you do discuss with either Bisma or our team prior to product purchases, you do not need an appointment to purchase products. For products you know you would like, please purchase on the site as usual or email concierge@aqs.co to request Biologique Recherche and Skinbetter Science for an invoice.
Am I able to receive a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds on treatment plans. These are final sale.
